This website is operated by Nails by Dipsy, located in the Netherlands. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Nails by Dipsy. By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Contract Formation
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance. A binding contract is formed only once we send you a shipping confirmation email.
Eligibility
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given us your consent to allow any minor dependents to use this website.

Prices shown on our website exclude shipping costs, depending on your order value.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Klarna, and other local payment options available through Shopify Payments.

Orders are subject to pre-authorisation checks. Your card will be charged once your order is confirmed.

While we strive for accuracy, errors in price or product description may occur. In such cases, we will contact you to confirm or cancel your order.
Delivery
Orders ship from our distribution centres in the Netherlands or Shenzhen (China), depending on location and stock availability. We work with trusted carriers for safe and reliable shipping.
All international orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means local customs authorities may apply import duties or taxes before delivery. These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid by the costumer.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, our Customer Service team is here to help at info@nailsbydipsy.com.

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging. That said, it doesn’t mean we’re not here to help — if you have any issues with your order, please email us and our team will do our best to find a solution.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service, as lost returns cannot be refunded.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return, using your original payment method. Refunds include the product price (including VAT where applicable), but exclude original shipping charges and any customs duties/taxes paid locally.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Product Safety
Our products are carefully formulated, but everyone’s skin is unique. For your comfort and safety, we recommend doing a patch test before full use.
